# Membership token

Ticker, name, and on-mint metadata: [`ledger/canon.json`](../ledger/canon.json). Standard: **Token-2022**, **Solana devnet**.

It is not the product. The product under test is the compounding of the cells. This page is the lab spec, not a live operating claim.

## Rights (protocol text)

Recorded in the constitution. Not observed as a live operating realm:

- **Vote** on Realms (strategy, deals ≥ $25k, constitution, mint, split, allowlist).
- **Claim** on 15% of treasury surplus, Jupiter buyback when a pool exists — protocol text, not a current stream.
- **Pay** scout/steward in `$POOR` and/or USDC, on-chain vesting.

No class A. 1 token 1 vote. Treasury **does not deposit** its own bag.

## Supply

Genesis: `1_000_000_000`, 6 decimals. Mint authority: **none**. Freeze: none. Transfer-fee: no. Confidential: **no**. Metadata: **on-mint** Token-2022.

Genesis split (day-0 allocation, **not** current float): treasury 499,999,999 / contrib 200M (Streamflow) / liq 120M / community 120M / council 60M (Streamflow) / bootstrap 1.

Current liquidity is not the genesis 120M. The Raydium CPMM pool holds **~1,000,000 POOR + ~1.02 USDC**. Genesis remainder **~119M POOR** in the LP wallet was **burned** by a buyback probe (whole-ATA burn; script since fixed). Mint disabled: cannot remint.

Bootstrap 1 is a **historical Realms v2 deposit record**. Verification on 2026-09-19: the recorded operating realm address returned no account from the configured devnet RPC. Treat Realms rows as historical until address and chain state are reconciled. `tge_ready=false`. No new devnet Realm has been sent.

No mainnet TGE. No buy button.
