Anyone can originate. Carry sits in the 10% scout+steward split, and only if the deal closes. Live origination is protocols and governance tokens. Drafts stay out of git.
- Cell type: protocol, token, meme, or hybrid of the same on-chain project. Not SaaS.
- Public facts only — explorer, DefiLlama, mint. No stolen data room.
- Ask in USD, or a counterfactual if the listing ended.
- Why it passes constitution §3. One fail on the screen is NO / Rejected.

Seller
Sell an asset
One offer, little movement. We hold forever. We do not Harvest. Upgrade authority of a protocol goes to Squads, never a single key.
- What it is, and who uses it already.
- Trailing revenue / profit / fees. Last month, not a pitch ARR.
- Ask. Day-0 band $1k–$50k. Under $25k closes via Squads; at or above, Realms.
- What keys move: upgrade authority, governance, mint, social.

Steward
Operate a cell
Steward capacity is the scarce resource. A deal that passes the screen without someone to operate it does not close. Pay is the steward share of the 10%, in the membership token and/or USDC, vesting on-chain. Revocable.
