Bending Poors
The poor bend spoons.
A perpetual owner of small on-chain programs and governance tokens. We buy what already works. We run it. We never sell.
Holders of $POOR own the DAO. One token, one vote.
What we do
Buy. Run. Keep.
Check size is $1k–$50k. An abandoned protocol. A governance token we can operate. A meme only if it already hooks to cash — or will within 90 days.
Each asset is a cell with a steward and a public P&L. Cash goes mostly into the next purchase. Holders get a slice. The people who find and run the cells get a slice.
We do not flip. We do not gouge the users. We do not launch on pump.fun. The name does not get serious and rebrand.
$POOR
$POOR is a membership. Not the product.
Holders vote. They get a claim on surplus. Scouts and operators get paid in it.
The product is the programs we keep. The token is how we stay aligned.
Launch is a TGE. Not a mint page.
$POOR goes live on Solana when the constitution’s launch gates hold on that network, and the council publishes a go-live.
There is no buy button here. There is no countdown.
Deals
We say no in public.
- No Standup SaaS. Off-chain, and the category is being eaten by AI.
- No Saber. On-chain, but the price was a trade, not a cell.
- Yes, on paper Saber at $5k. Under cap. We would keep the protocol. No keys.
Read the constitution. Propose something to buy. Do not buy a ticker.
